Popped into the Volunteer and was given a really warm welcome from the staff at the bar. Good pint pint of Guinness and very friendly locals. Good old fashioned pub.

It's a nice little pub on Plumstead High Street, staff behind the bar are polite & there's a nice bear garden out back for sunny days.I'd love to return here one day to sit in that garden.

The Volunteer, a small traditional pub on Plumstead High Street. A good selection of keg beers and Doom Bar on cask. Other pumps are available. Bright cheerful service. Roadworks right outside but you can't have everything. A good little boozer.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere, has a good sized beer garden. Staff and Management are lovely. A gem of a place, please go and visit
