If there was a way to give minus stars I would certainly be choosing the lowest possible. I chose to contact the store" in relevance to a lot of star wars I had to sell. I wrote an email to see about interest to which I got a reply saying "have you got an photos" grammar excellent. I then took the time and trouble to gather a small selection of said items and replied with a picture. To which I got zero response. Several email later over the month and still no response... I finally sent a frustrated email suggesting there customer service needs improvement and that I would review online negatively and I actually got a response... Saying
