Great equipment and place to train. Between the people training and the super friendly staff, this mecca gives off a welcoming aura for sure.

I have known Craig, Gillian and Fiona for some time now but predominately Craig, I can also say that they are PT's of true integrity unlike 99% of the deluded others out there with their outlandish claims with no real substance.One look inside this gym and you can see that it is built with true purpose and for getting real world results, nothing is there to look good or because some guy on a forum claims it's a must have as again is all too often these days.This is a true gym for all round conditioning, functional strength, hard work and able to address multiple clients needs and goals.Craig, who I assume is head PT is quite simply the most knowledgeable and passionate PT I have met and known in at least a decade. The gym and his attitude reflects this throughout.Very friendly and personal atmosphere which is sadly missing in the entire scene" now

Superb gym very well-equipped

I had a fantastic experience at Lone Wolf Gym, and I would highly recommend Craig and Fiona to anyone looking to better their fitness journey. Craig provided me with the information and guidance I needed to begin strongman training and without his advice and reassurance I don't think I would have ever started. I'm looking forward to returning to the gym soon!

Excellent gym excellent staff and excellent atmosphere, what more could you want from a gym? If your lacking motivation to get the results you want I'd highly recommend getting along and speaking to the PT's.I couldn't see myself join any other gym now that's I've joined Lone Wolf.

Great place to train, to reach and smash your goals and improve. Great experienced trainers on hand for advice. And no-one sitting using their phones when they should be training. Friendly atmosphere with a great welcome.

Very equipped gym with a real community feel. Personal trainers are knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, excellent range of classes accessible to all levels of fitness. Having had PT sessions here for the last 12 months I could not recommend highly enough.
