Post office pick up

I missed a parcel delivery today. Website said collection office open till 8pm. So I went for about 7.30pm and found it closed with a sign on the door with very different opening times. Apparently it closed at 6pm... who knew. Complete waste of my time. Update you're website...

Pathetic customer service. Travelled specially in to town (and incurred parking charge) to collect a parcel yesterday only to find a hand written notice saying the collection office was closed. Went again today (another parking charge) only to find a new notice saying the collection office is closed. No information regarding when it will re-open, no notice on the website to indicate it is closed. No way to contact the location by phone......So, I have no parcel and no way of knowing when I might be able to be able to collect. I guess I'm lucky that the parcel doesn't contain any vital medicine.......GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND COMMUNICATE - UPDATE THE WEBSITE!

Staff are rude and insensitive need some training in customer service

Wrong opening times you only open 8 til 10 I went thinking you was open it was only 10 30 and you was closed its disgusting

Just spent 25 mins driving into town as today (Wednesday) was the late opening according to the website. Got there to find it closed and amended hours pasted to the door. So another trip into town needed. Does the post office know how websites work? Try sorting it please

I would usually give the collection office a glowing rating, as the staff are lovely. However, customer service has gone completely out of the window just lately.For the 2nd time in as many days, I've made my way to the office to find it closed, despite turning up within advertised opening hours.Amended hours have been posted on the door, but not on the website. So annoying! Websites are there to enable you to keep your customers updated!Today has just added to the frustration - yes, it's snowing. But, I've managed to get there, as have all the other customers who were reading the note on the door in disbelief. The handwritten note just says Closed" - no apologies

It's closed most of the time and the opening time Is different to online one

Closing times are very unpractical. Got a card in the mail at 11:30 saying i need to pay for a package. Go to the post office and at 12:38 and its closed. Why not be closed in the morning and open in the afternoon so that people have time to get there?
