The best day at the best venue.We got married in June 2023 at Old Gore and cannot speak highly enough of the day and venue.From viewing the venue (remotely and in person) to collecting everything the day after, everything was perfectly organised and we really felt the staff went above and beyond at every stage.Particular highlights for us as bride and groom were Clayton's organisation and guidance throughout the day. Greeting us after the ceremony with a glass of fizz, to sharing updates on timings and having everything wrapped up at the end of the day.From the guests perspective we've had so many compliments on the seamless flow of the day, the food, the outdoor space and the food (have to shout-out the food twice as it was incredible).Thanks again to Clayton and the team. We're attending a wedding there next year and we cannot wait to be back!Lucy and Pat

We got married at Old Gore on the 21st April and it is a truly spectacular venue. All of our guests commented on the beautiful location and we're already desperate to go back!A huge thank you to the whole team for helping us pull together the most beautiful and perfect day. We really can't quite put our appreciation into words. Especially, a big thank you to Emily who made the whole day stress free and enjoyable; we couldn't have asked for a lovelier person to be there supporting us on the day!Most importantly, THE FOOD. If we could have, we'd have chosen their entire menu but we can confirm that the lamb cooked over their fire pits is one of the best things we have eaten and our friends were all lining up for the pre-feast canapes!Old Gore Barn itself is just beautiful, we feel so lucky to have found such a gem for our wedding and can only be disappointed that our wedding day flew by and we can't just repeat the whole day again!Thank you again to the whole team, you are all fantastic humans and so great at what you do! We can only hope that some of our friends decide to get married here also!

Our experience at The Old Gore was absolutely incredible, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our wedding.From the moment we first visited the venue and met some of the team we knew it was right for us, they were so down to earth but highly organised and that's exactly what we wanted. The attention to detail in every aspect is amazing.Emily who coordinated our wedding was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our wedding day was executed flawlessly, we didn't need to worry all day about anything! We can't thank her enough. All the staff during the event were outstanding, and our guests have all commented on how great they were.Everything was perfect, we had the best day we could have ever imagined. Char Cook Photography - Had an absolutely amazing time shooting L&J's wedding here last Saturday. This venue really brings a modern touch to a barn wedding. The food is fantastic as are the staff. The golden hour here is just gorgeous. As a Cotswolds wedding photographer I feel very lucky to have this venue on my doorstep!

We recently attended a wedding at this terrific venue. Not only was it a wonderful day for the guests and wedding party but the staff went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I make particular mention of a young waitress, Daisy, who having spotted that my wife and I are vegetarian, always ensured such options were available to us. And finally, Clayton Shutt . That young man found a pen, of no great value but huge sentiment value, that I'd mislaid and ensured that it was returned to its grateful owner. Above and beyond.

Where to start! Incredible food, and the coolest barn I’ve been to! I’ve shot here as a photographer, and been to their public ‘feast nights’ and every time I’m blown away. The staff are so friendly, and the vibe is fun and relaxed at the same to! Nothing pretentious, just a good time.

Where do we begin? From the moment we walked into the venue we knew it was where we had to get married. Emily was amazing and helped us picture how the day would be and we felt the relaxed vibes from the beginning.She helped us plan everything from the start and her and Clayton were super responsive and easy going when we had any questions and changes throughout the whole process.They were in constant communication with us and even the day before let us bring half our family down to help set up!The day off could not have gone smoother and Joel felt at ease waiting for me as everything was perfect when he arrived.The venue is stunning as is the grounds. The food was incredible (our guests all said it was the best wedding food they have ever had) and there was no issues catering to vegans and gluten free. The dancing was amazing, especially due to the disco ball which all of our guests loved. There are so many decorations which come as part of the barn which took away so much stress as we knew it would look fabulous as it was without anything extra (although we added some flowers)Emily was with us the whole day making sure everything went perfectly and on schedule and when we needed time to ourselves she made sure it happened. It was the best day of our lives and I don’t doubt that is down to Emily and the Old Gore team. We wish we could do it all over again and are so jealous of all the couples that get to get married here in the future!We honestly cannot thank them enough and recommend the Old Gore to anyone and everyone who is planning a wedding.Aimee and Joel

The best wedding day!What a venue!The Old Gore team are amazing!We got married here in October 2023 and had the best day, supported amazingly by Old Gore and in particular by Emily, who looked after us and our guests so attentively and made everything effortless, seamless and above all the most memorable day.Old Gore was the first venue we looked at and we knew instantly that this was the one for us - not only because of the building and the setting - but because of how the team made us feel on that first visit and how they were fully committed to giving us our perfect day.The journey between that visit and the wedding day was so enjoyable and we felt so supported by Emily in planning what the day would look like. We also went to the Feast Night in the months prior to the wedding and were made to feel so welcome - with such personal interactions - ahead of us going back for the big day, which the team made us feel like they were genuinely excited for.We will never forget our day but we will be forever grateful to Emily and her team for her efforts in making the day so special and so memorable. The feedback from our guests has been incredible and non-stop; regularly being told it is the best food and drink they've had!We will definitely be back for an event and there is every chance some of our guests will too.Thank you again to Emily and the Old Gore.Sarah & Dan X

Quite simply, we could not have picked a more perfect venue! The venue itself, and its grounds, are utterly stunning and the entire Old Gore team are just exceptional - as is the food. From the day we first viewed the venue, the team could not have been more invested in us as a couple. They were so helpful and accommodating from the get go. All of the team, especially Arabella, went above and beyond to ensure that every single detail was just as we wanted it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our guests were totally blown away by everything! For all the stressed-out brides out there, the amazing team at Old Gore take all that stress away. Could not recommend more!!
