Avoid ** excess is £1200 ***- rental car was blocked in its space by another car at the rental centre, car was also delivered to me with only a half tank of gas, not full as promised..... If the customer brought the vehicle back half full, they would be charged a lot of money, nearly 50p extra per litre....However if Alamo deliver the car to you half full, they don't pay you a penny. Terrible service! Very high fees...take a bus, avoid Alamo Leeds Bradford airport.

The service at Alamo Leeds Bradford Airport was excellent. Georgina was delightful and courteous, and quick and clear in responding to queries we had. I would certainly hire a car from this centre again.

Excellent customer service received from Alamo Rental, as always transaction was quick as details were provided prior to the hire commencing. The Car was spot on, appreciated the upgrade on the day. Spoke to Mr T on the day the vehicle was returned very nice chap, also received a follow up call to sign off the vehicle. Very conveniently located and offer 24hr dropbox which is perfect.

Hired a car for two days from Alamo. Could not fault the exceptional customer service received from Lydia. Very informative and welcoming on collection and drop off. Booked my next vehicle straight away after getting home with the knowledge I wouldn't be disappointed. The car was clean and well maintained
