Elms Meadow

We had our wedding reception at Elms Meadow 21st of July 2018. The venue is incredible! Everyone that came to the wedding couldn't believe how magical it looked. The staff were amazing throughout the whole planning process and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for our big day. I would 100% recommend this venue!

The staff were extremely helpful, generous with their time and took excellent care of us throughout planning and our day. All of our guests were incredibly impressed with the picturesque venue, and it really helped to set the tone we wanted for the reception.

I recently had my wedding at Elms meadow and it genuinely wouldn't have been such an amazing day if we didn't have it there. Everyone commented on what a beautiful venue it was, and how they'd never seen anything like it. And its true, the venue is stunning in a stunning environment and is a really unique setting. I am so pleased I chose to have my reception here! Not only was the location amazing but the staff of this venue are what makes it.Claire and Barry were basically like wedding planners without the added cost of one! They helped out so much in terms of planning the seating, ensuring we had everything in order. They ensured everything was sorted with suppliers. As well as helping us set up and clear everything the next day. All staff knew what they were doing, and were all amazing. There's not one bad thing I could sayIf you're looking for a unique venue with amazing staff then this is the one for you

What an incredible tipi wedding venue!I have had the privilege of capturing weddings at this stunning venue, and cannot wait to return in the future.From the beautiful grounds, to the fantastic staff, this is a venue that has it all!

Absolutely amazing venue! We had the best day anyone could wish for. All of our guests commented about how different it was to other wedding venues. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect and we can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I had the most wonderful wedding at Elms Meadow in Aug 21. We booked the venue 18 months out, Charlotte and Kevin could not be helpful enough.All throughout the process we were kept informed, especially surrounding Covid restrictions.In the run up to the event, Charlotte was great and able to facilitate several site visits, including staying late on the eve of the big day to take delivery of some plates and napkins.When the day came, the setup was everything we wanted and more. The setting is perfect and we have had many compliments on the venue and setting as a whole.I’d highly recommend Elms Meadow to anyone looking for a venue… 5 Stars!

My son and daughter in law recently held their wedding Reception at Elms Meadow and it was truly magical. From the very beginning Claire and Barry were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is beautifully situated and like a Tardis inside. It offers all you need for a charming but more informal wedding an area to eat, one to dance, a bar etc etc. You are able to decorate it as you wish but the many fairy lights alone provide an delightful glow. We had garden games outside and enjoyed the firepit when darkness fell. The venue as a whole provides a unique opportunity for wedding photos and ample parking. Elms Meadow proved to be an ideal venue for the type of wedding the bride and groomed dreamed of and planned and they were thrilled with the day and the wedding guests enchanted.

We cannot recommend Elms meadow highly enough. The perfect venue for the perfect day. Charlotte and the team were so helpful and friendly from the moment we first came to visit and couldn't do enough to help and on the day made sure everything worked like magic. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the tipi was - from the fairylights to the dancefloor and firepits- it had everything we needed and more and made for such a special venue with something to keep everyone happy. We used one of their recommended caterers - Stanley Street Foods - who were fab and went for the basic drinks package which ended up being more than enough. Charlotte was great at making sure we had enough time to set up and there were lots of helpful items, such as suitcases and barrels to help us add the finishing touches. 5 star venue

My wife, Alison and I had a hand fasting ceremony followed by afternoon food an evening disco and more food in the evening. The venue at elms meadow looked amazing, the staff were professional, warm and made our day very special indeed. We could not have asked for a better venue or nicer more helpful people to host our special day. We chose one of their caterers and were immensely pleased with the choice. We supplied our own entertainment in the form of a magician (DrJohn) who was amazing and a disco (The Best Men) who delivered some great sounds. In all it was an amazing day and evening and we would thoroughly recommend the venue to anyone. It is a beautiful venue and very special indeed. We cannot say a bad word about the venue or the people there. We loved it and will always remember the venue and how much support we got from Rob and his team.
