Very happy with the service provided. Delivered as expected and promised and is now a family favourite for certainty! The owner of the store was such a lovely women easy to talk to and so understanding. The whole staff team overall is such a pleasure to be around. The dress I chose was immaculate and to be honest there is no one that comes close in the whole of Birmingham or London to the quality of Hoor qasims clothes. Thank you so much for everything.

I highly recommend Hoor qasim for bridalwear! Salma has been so helpful by listening to me thoroughly regards to what type of wedding dress i wanted. Hoor Qasim managed to create my dream wedding dress, as requested! I loved my dress! The service was also efficient and quick.

Ordered a wedding dress from here they messed up the order. Half the skirt is brown stone half the skirt is white stone. I can see all these lovely reviews here and the guy boasts to customers who complain, to have a look these reviews, but I wonder if they encourage customers who have had good experiences on items that aren’t as expensive to leave a review. Also notice how most of these “5*” reviews are new accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews, looks fake to me, wish I knew this before. Because he didn’t advise me to leave one? How can a dress be made completely different to what I chose? You don’t even allow pictures , so I have nothing to refer back to. No one copying your designs because you don’t even stick to your own design. The dress I chose had Pearl and sequin work and didn’t have as much stones on it as the one you custom made, you obviously wanted to make a cheaper dress then the one you put up on display.More importantly the cheap stone design you’ve decided to carry out instead isn’t symmetrical it’s just random 3/4 of the dress is white stone 1/4 is brown? Did you run out of stones? Why not wait to get more instead of improvising and messing the dress up? And I know you didn’t add any sequin or pearls like the dress on display but you took the mick when you put a random Pearl on the top ? What’s that for ? And why is there not as many sequin work as the dress on display. At no point during placing the custom order did you say the pattern won’t be the same as the one I chose, did you think I’d forget what I picked and happily move on. You’re not trustworthy at all. And the quality of your custom made dresses are low market standard.Please have a look at this ridiculous dress, half white stone half brown stone and think twice before trusting them with your bridal clothes. Very overpriced and low quality.My advice is to shop in Bradford or London and avoid Birmingham for wedding shopping. AND IF YOU ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO ORDER HERE make sure you have everything written on the receipt , down to what stones, pearls, sequins you’ve picked and what material because they only right down the price, size and colour. Without this and without proof you’ll end up with a market stall wedding dress. Because they don’t care as long as they make a profit. Don’t pay full , pay deposit and haggle with the price because mine was 2500 including a velvet shawl and they tried to charge me 3500.

The most amazing service by Ani and her team, cannot recommend them enough. First time I experienced their amazing customer service was when I went bridal shopping with my friend and just off that I knew I wanted Hoor Qasim to be where I got my wedding outfit from. Their attention to detail and the care they have for their customers and clothes is amazing, not a single issue throughout that Ani couldn’t solve, and she literally did everything in her power to make sure I was happy with every single thing. My dress was delivered way ahead of time with regular updates, clear consistent communication from Ani and her team about my dress and any changes I wanted to make. Even got a bridal veil that matched perfectly to my dress. Not a single criticism I can give because Ani was simply amazing, my entire outfit was even better than I could have imagined. I even had a last minute mishap with my mendhi outfit that she was able to solve instantly and it turned out so much better than the original. Forever grateful to Ani for making me feel like the most stunning bride on my wedding day and basically saving my mendhi Xx

I had both my baraat and walima outfit from here as well as my husbands baraat outfit. I was so happy with the service provided and I felt beautiful in my both my wedding dresses. They were here on time and Salma was so helpful throughout the entire process of choosing my outfits and making the necessary adjustments and alterations. Couldn’t have been more happier would definitely be recommending to others

Hoor Qasim was the first shop I went to and I pretty much fell in love with the first outfit I tried on, yes the prices are a tad more than other shops however this experience was like no other, and was totally worth it. it was completely stress free. I left my dress shopping down to the last minute and they were able to make my dress in 2 months whilst other shops were giving me minimum 3 month order time. I also got all my jewellery from here and it matched perfectly. Ani was so lovely, so warm and friendly and made my experience more enjoyable as she took the time to understand my needs and even kept in contact afterwards. It was super easy to contact her incase I had any questions and she was so accommodating, it was like speaking to a family member, she made me feel super comfortable and you can’t put a price on the experience you get. honestly it was hassle free and barely any stress, everyone kept saying you’re such a chilled bride, but i didn’t have to worry at all as my dress experience was so good, thank you!

Really nice and accommodative team. I was specifically assisted by Saima who was extremely attentive and patient with all my requests. All of my requests were fulfilled despite how specific they were. Fitting was absolutely perfect first time around which has never happened before and delivered on time. Only critique was that my pouch was forgotten in the order but as soon as I collected my dress they prioritised it and sent it out for delivery asap. Gorgeous dress absolutely in love really glad I chose Hoor Qasim!!!
