Have decided to change pharmacy's, the disgusting manner in which a member of their staff spoke to an elderly lady today (15/04/23) was an absolute disgrace. The staff member was an appalling example of a human being, even after being proved wrong on the issue,she did not apologise. I have never felt so strongly about appalling service as I do about this pharmacy, they never and I mean never , it is not an exaggeration, answer their phone, so you always have to go in in person, it's then that you enter an alternate universe where time means absolutely nothing to their staff and you can wait there all day as far as they're concerned. If I thought that the local MP or a lawyer or just somebody in authority would do something about this place I would report them straight away, how 'Lloyds' allow one of their pharmacy's to work like this one does is a complete mystery.

The worst pharmacy service rude staff probably in Swindon l came cross,no knowledge of English, no understanding the customer service no experience of what are they doing the queue beyond the car park the most of the patients are old and disabled

I now twice booked in for there total health check booked time of work and then received an email to say sorry its been cancelled. Why let people even book it if you cannot fulfil the appointment. I then tried numerous times to call to ask why my appointments got cancelled and is it worth me bothering to book another they just don't answer the phone. Would stay away if you want anything that resembles customer service. Also no way to make a complaint the Lloyd's pharmacy direct as no option for this so won't be using them again.

Prepare for a long climb,Because waiting in line there is a waste of time.No, sorry, we don't have that in stock,You hear with skepticism, as you silently mock.So next time you need pills or potions to prime,Avoid Lloyds Pharmacy, it's just a waste of time!

The slowest service I have ever witnessed. There is no urgency and staff wonder around with an almost unknowing comprehension of what their job description actually is.

Terrible service. Systems always down so no prescription available. Told to ring 111 for them to resolve. We will change pharmacy to a more professional outfit.

Think they must have their phones switched off- tried calling multiple times different times of day and no answer.Sometimes you need to call so that you don’t have a wasted journey!They also have a sign saying that they shut at 5:45.. but if there’s a couple people waiting they shut the doors at 5:20 and won’t let you in! The shelves are bare, it looks really run down. Staff keep you waiting and don’t seem to care- I think they are really understaffed and it shows.

Rubbish. Always closes early.often hours early! Occasionally not open at all. Slow service.long waiting times. Needs drastic improvement!

Service is too slow. Prepare for endless wait times and finally be told your prescription is not here yet. Feels like the pod service is not working very well with this pharmacy as they don't appear to be coming through to them.

Went to collect my prescription which I add had been there for over a week to be told they didn’t have the items, so given the prescription back. I just feel they haven’t the staff to do repeat prescriptions The service was so slow with only minimal staff to help.
