One of my favourites. This is an unpretentious proper pub.There are not many pubs like this left.Has Sky Sports.Two small bars .Garden with bench seats.Well behaved dogs welcomed.

Good local pub, hope the latest people stay long enough to get it back to its former self! Update: terrible choice of beers now, nothing local at all! No hot drinks if you're not drinking.Football on the telly even if no one's watching it, shame because it could be a nice local boozer.

Such a warm welcome. From the outside it is deceiving but it turned out to be a lovely little pub on our doorstep. Little covered outdoor area at rear with heating and further grassy area too . Not a massive selection of beers but enough for my local . Great little find

Love this lovely little pub, very friendly locals make you feel welcome, it's under new management and she seems friendly and has done so much to the pub already very clean and making more welcoming for families, with a play area. it's popular with dog walkers as well always welcome

Love the people and the friendly staff. Won’t go there again though while the current manager is there. Was appalled to witness yesterday a vicious verbal attack on a long standing loyal elderly customer by the manager in front of everyone. The customer is mid 80s is frail and in my experience extremely polite and courteous and I was not aware of anything he might have done or said to provoke such an appalling attack on him. Five stars for the staff and patrons minus five for the manager

Called in here to check it out and was pleasantly surprised - we had a very warm welcome from the chaps in the bar who chatted away to us. Very friendly and welcoming place. Beer was good and well kept. Spent a lot longer in here than we planned to as we were having such a nice time! Dog friendly, bar staff are friendly. We will be back!
