Great location, easily accessible from Victoria station, walkable distance. Also very easy to book online, open 24/7, which gives you more flexibility. Pleasant and helpful staff. For me really great service.

Fantastic service. Had a few days in London and wasn't due to leave until later in the day. A friend recommended Radical storage. Downloaded the App located D. Wines off oxford st. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Dropped our bags and carried on sightseeing for the day. Will defiantly use the service again.

Easy to book. Pleasant staff at the newsagent. Close to King’s Cross railway station. The tag had fallen off my bag but luckily I was able to give a description and had no trouble collecting it. Great service overall. No delays

Very good. The bags were on view so felt fairly secure though they were not 100% sure which bags were ours despite taking a photo. I wish we could have seen the location before booking, but it actually worked OK.

I booked a spot near Liverpool street last week but the store was closed (i made the reservation for 10am). I tried to contact the boy from the store but he has the phone closed. I contacted Radical Storage and I requested to cancel the order(they said that in 3-5 working days I ll get my money back. It is the 6th day and I still wait for my refund). I do not recommend....I lost about 1h for nothing with the luggages after me

Booked up to drop a couple of bags of as I had a late flight. There was only one drop off point around the area, so booked and paid for that one a few days before. On the drop of day, I got to the address only to be told that they don’t and never have taken any type of bag drop off.This lead me to have to drag the two bags around with me all day because I couldn’t find anywhere else to store them on such short notice. Contacted to customer support and got a refund but other than that they were no help. Took about 2 hours to get a reply from them. Definitely won’t bother with these again.

Fantastic concept and very convenient for traveller’s who want to explore or checked out their hotel but not worry about their luggage. This particular one is very good as I dropped off my luggage and picked it up at times which suited me.

Left my storage with the company at the hotel near london Victoria coach station it was 5 minutes away which was excellent as we were getting a coach at midnight and the staff were very lovely and it was a very quick in and out check in so we could get away to see our show that night. I would very much recommend this company and the price is cheaper than any other storage place in london and you can guarantee it will be safe as my friend didn’t have a lock on her bag and her items were safe

This place was very good and convenient to store our suitcases. In google maps it says it is only open until 6. However, it is open until 9:30pm. The place is a gift shop and the guy there is so nice and helpful. He speaks Spanish as well :)

It was initially horrendous. The booking provided a google maps" link which I saved before going on our journey. After 1 hour of dragging my bags and my family around the area
