Went a couple of times but was put off by the clickiness.If you are not in with the Jesmond crowd they don't want to know you. One girl in particular was very rude. Had a two hour appointment and she only spoke to me to ask what I wanted. Felt very uncomfortable. Will mot go back

I turned up at 9:20 for pre booked 9:30 appointment, was left to sit until 9:45 when a staff member approached to say sorry they wouldn't be much longer. At which point I left. There was no offer of a drink, and I was totally ignored while waiting. A place that believes you are the most important person in the world" the website states. Sadly not the case."

Excellent customer services & friendly staff. The attention to detail whilst doing my geleration manicure was second to none. Lovely selection if colours to choose from too. Which exactly what I was looking for. I'm pleased I e found this salon a d can't wait to go back for my next appointment for Xmas nails. Thank you Krystle
