Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced, I didn’t catch names but there was a worker with purple hair and another male who helped me with my purchase- I was buying a gift so unsure of the product but they were so polite and helpful, making the experience very easy- helping with setting up insurance and making sure I got the best deals.

Very surprised when I went in, now selling board games, card type games as well as selected models and lego. Very easy to move around in a wheelchair but at busy times may be more difficult.

I ordered a gaming headset via the company website last Friday evening, the payment has gone through although it took up to Wednesday evening for the payment to be accepted, but I haven't received any emails from the company to say that my order has been confirmed and when I'll receive the headset I ordered. If I don't recieve the headset I'll shall get a lift to stevenage so I can get a full refund, I used to like the company but this has really let me down. I saved up money for a long while to make sure I'd be able to buy a decent headset, and I'm disabled and I feel like I've been taken advantage of and I've just had money stolen from me, it might not seem a lot to some, but to me it was a fair amount.

Great selection of games and different merchandise in this game store compared to other games stores. Approached the till to ask if they had new game that wasn’t on the shelf that came out 2 days ago they didn’t even know anything about it but search on system to which showed in stock so they went out back and sold me the game thankfully. So a bit surprised it wasn’t on shop floor ?They had good selection of games for discounted price without box’s and manage to score 2 Xbox one games for £8 which we’re definitely worth more.
