Cross Country RV (CCRV)

We’ve just had the best experience ever with CCRV. What an incredible company to deal with .Paul and Avril are so friendly and helpful. Made us feel so welcome and we’ve just purchased a Puma Palomino unit. We have done an overnight stay with them getting to know our new RV and we’ve loved it . This is the best ever experience we’ve had , wine , flowers and chocolates left for us was a lovely personal touch .Ashley & the team are amazing to help you learn and understand your new RV .I would highly recommend CCRV to anyone as they have completely exceeded every expectation we had of purchasing an Rv .Thank you so much for making it just a wonderful experience for us .

We don't always write reviews but thought that the team at CCRV deserved a special mention. We bought our rockwood 2650 from them just over 2 months ago, the whole experience was flawless, no pressure from Paul to buy, everything really relaxed, they allowed us to leave a deposit as we needed to sell our motorhome, there was never any pressure from them while we sold our motohome and then when we went to complete the purchase we stayed at their campsite a few days to learn more about the fifth wheel. Theknowledge of all the team is second to none. Although we were very pleased with our buying experience, we were even more impressed with their after sales, we had gone away on our first tour with the vehicle when we had a leak which was coming from the boiler, I contacted Avril on a Saturday and she quickly responded and told us to come down to see them as soon as we could, we managed to get to them 3 days later. As soon as we arrived Paul and Ashley met us straight away, and 3 hours later we were back on the road with a new boiler, what better service could you get? Thankyou Avril, Paul Ashley, Dave and all the team at CCRV, we look forward to a long working relationship with you all. I cannot recommend you all enough.

We recently purchased a Rockwood 2445ws from Paul and Avril at ccrv. We stayed with them for a couple of nights whilst they converted my new Ford ranger and we were very well looked after. The customer service was great before, during & since our purchase and we hope to keep in touch with them.Thank you Paul, Avril & team!

We purchased a 5th wheel and ford ranger truck from CCRV. Avril and Paul were very accommodating, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Their laidback and caring nature is one of a kind! All of our questions were answered and no one ever made us feel stupid (even though there were plenty of opportunities to!). The rig is in great condition and was gone over so thoroughly. Ashley was so helpful when he explained all the technical bits. We are very grateful that they set us up so nicely. My husband and I have had some great adventures in Scotland since having our 5th wheel and we are looking forward to more memories being made. Great company! We will definitely be coming back next time. Thank you guys!

Hi I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I have to Paul and the team have excelled again .we bought a rock wood 2650 back in march we absolutely love it. We needed it to be moved I phoned Paul and he said no panic arranged a time and made it happen so all I can say is thank you to Paul and the team absolutely five star service

We bought a 5th wheel 4 weeks ago and wished we had done it 3 years ago.The whole experience with Paul and Avril was so relaxed.Timely delivery to our site in Woodhall SpaThey also fitted our Ford Ranger with the necessary hitch and electric hookup.Dave did the teaching on the experience day and he was very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed about this.The weekend stopover to get this all done was great and we even went back as we had to split the days due to our own needs.No hassle sales pitch just advised based on our needs .We would highly recommend getting one and thankyou all at CCRV.

Avril, Paul, and the rest of the team are second to none. CCRV offer a wide range of products to choose from, backed up with a rich in depth knowledge of all things in the 5th wheel world, ranging from sales, technical, and user experience.Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel like 'one of the family.' Their 'can do' attitudes are most refreshing, and they are focused on you as the customer. The purchase of our rig has been effortless and trouble-free from start to finish.A top rank team - highly recommended.

Purchased a Rockwood 2622RK 2023 from CCRV and our only regret is not doing this years ago! The build quality and space is fantastic, far superior than the Motorhome and caravans we have owned. We could quite happily stay in our Rockwood whatever the weather!We stayed a few nights moving items from our Motorhome into the Rockwood, Paul and Avril made us feel like part of the family, genuinely lovely people. Ashley was an absolute trooper, fitting extra solar panels, showing us how everything worked and giving us driving tips. James did an awesome job wiring in a Starlink satellite cable.I would highly recommend CCRV. If you want people with plenty of product knowledge but with a no pressure attitude, Paul, Avril and the team are the place to go.

I'd like to thank Paul & Avril (and their great team, especially Ashley) for making our transition to temporary full time Rig living so effortless. Their experience, expertise and advice was so valuable. There was no pressure selling, a vast amount of stock with so many different layouts to view and a very relaxed atmosphere in which to chose the perfect home. Nothing was too much trouble and the couple of days staying on site with them to test everything out was a real bonus. The team were there if we did not understand anything and assistance there if needed. It took all the stress out of moving it and setting it up on our site. We have a Rockwood and the build quality is amazing - the Americans seem to have thought of everything! It's so warm & cosy it's going to be difficult moving back into a house when the time comes (if it does, I'm beginning to have my doubts I'm so impressed).Please do contact Paul if you are thinking of purchasing a Rig - you won't get a better service anywhere else and his knowledge and experience alongside the vast variety of stock with so many different layouts will help you make the decision if Rig living is for you!
