Starbucks Coffee
Service is bad, staff chatting to each other and not listening to customers therefore have to repeat your order about 3 times to different staff. Staff are too busy worrying about their hair being straight and lipstick on but their aprons are dirty. This is not due to lack of staffing as there were 5 staff on and coffee shop not busy, floor dirty, cups not collected. Just a damp, would not be visiting again

The coffee was ok however the almond croissant wasn't very good and overpriced because of its quality. Service was polite and prompt as you would expect in this type of establishment.

Very slow service inside. Quicker to use the main building option. Dogs walking around inside not good for those with phobias. Coffee was reasonable but service a bit vacant.

Stopped here to grab a coffee and it took nearly 30 minutes to be served. It was actually absurd. This location has a drive thru and an inside bit but they seem to actively instruct staff to ignore inside customers.

Amazing Starbucks all meals and drinks are superb. Especially my favourite combo of the Smoked Hickory and Cheese Toastie and The Strawberries And Cream Iced Frappacino, the shaved steak rolls are amazing as well. Staff are very friendly and give great service.

Very bad example of a Starbucks. I ordered two caramel macchiato. They were weak and had the consistency of milky coffee with none of the usual frothy top or caramel. The store is not clean. We sat for 30 mins and tables were left with empty cups on them. It wasn't particularly busy and the staff were not very friendly.I would recommend driving to the next service if on the motorway.I do not recommend this Starbucks.

The toilets here 24/9/23, Absolute disgrace. Discusting. The sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned within weeks. This situation was mentioned to the branch manger, by a member of our group, to which apparently, he seemed not really interested. Another member of staff, stood nearby, just smirked! A joint formal complaint to Starbucks UK & Head office USA will be forthcoming.

We hit this before 6am and there were plenty of staff around taking the orders for inside as well as the drive through. Absolutely plenty of car parking and a huge array of charging points for vehicles. As this is right against a huge carpark for the NEC it's a great place to meet before you park up and get into the venue.
