Absolutely brilliant! Helped me recover from my recent knee and hamstring injury in no time at all and back to playing football. Always got time to listen to your problems and get to know you in order to create the most accurate and personalised recovery plan. The support I received from Ben throughout my preparation for the London Marathon this year was first class! Ben provided me with regular stretching and recovery sessions which allowed me to stay injury free and train to my fullest potential. Ben is very knowledgeable and has the ability to translate complex information in an easy and digestible way. I always like to know the why behind what I do so this really helped me. I’ve came to Ben Healy Health with a grade 2 year on my left hamstring, within a day of seeing Ben I’ve left knowing that within the next 8 weeks I’ll be back up to full strength or even better strength than before. He did an assessment on me before we went into the gym and did exercise / stretches on the injured body part. He’s set me out a whole recovery plan, sent me a spreadsheet of exercise to try at home when I’m not in the clinic. Roll on the next 6-8 weeks. Fully fully recommend, what a top guy

Visited Ben after a mountain bike injury. At the first meeting, Ben made me feel welcome and set out a plan from day one. He helped with my confidence for getting back on the bike and with my injury. I thought I’d be dealing with this for years but thanks to Ben I’m fully back out on my bike and back to full confidence.
