I'm afraid really shabby service. We wanted to use them, we even had windows measured up, and was happy with the price, but contact with them was tortuous, with emails not responded to and endless phone calls where they *promised* to call back but without response. In the end I telephoned to find out why we weren't getting anywhere to be told if I were you mate

I contacted central glass and windows for a quote for my conservatory the service I received was second to none all of the staff were extremely helpful and professional and I found them very competitive needless to say that the work will be Carried our in the very near future thank you to central glass and windows for all of your help and assistance I will be recommending you to everyone.

What can I say about this company? We had numerous quotes but for various reasons they fell short of the mark. The service from start to finsh was exceptional. We needed all our windows replacing plus new windows for our extension and they couldn't have been more accommodating working with our schedule. The quality of the windows are unbeatable and we would have no hesitation in reco mmending them

A complete waste of time as a company.Appointment made, nobody showed up, no call to say there was any delay. After 30 minutes a call to their office surveyor delayed

Replaced my old PVC door with a composite door. Great quality, great service and price was good too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Was on time, workmen are very polite & respectful, door fitting is perfect & very tidy, area around the door is looking better than ever! Cleaned all of the mess too.. thank you for a lovely service I shall be using you guys again shortly.

Central have just finished my house ... a lot of frames and glass to be replaced. I founf firstly a proffessional approach and good value for money. They were responsive to any calls I made and the fitters on site were on time daily and courteous. I have no problem to recommend Central glass I can confirm my experience to be a very positive one. Have Dealt with Gareth at Central glass for a while now. They have done some domestic jobs for us, the service and work is always first class, which is particularly impressive considering all the huge commercial customers they have. Big or small nothing is too much trouble!Highly recommended....

They were a fabulous company to work with. They needed to be a bit patient with us as we were doing work, they advised us on how to finish something and all in all, very pleased with the work done and all interactions we had with them.
