Just had a new boiler put in by Quarrybank.They had to relocate the position of my boiler from downstairs to upstairs and remove an old water tank. All done in 2 days flat.The guys working here were extremely professional hardworking and more importantly knowledgeable.Extremely tidy covering there tracks up the stairs with relevant protection and ensuring we were kept up to date with the progress being made.We cant fault them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I would like to recommend Quarrybank Plumbers for their overall service when they serviced our boiler last week. This is the second time that they have carried out an annual service on our new combi boiler, the booking of the date and time suited us, there is a reminder call the day before and Lee the technician was great, on time and explained all that he had done. Overall excellent will use them again next year

Our boiler was installed by Quarrybank Plumbers. They did a fantastic job; it didn't take any longer than expected, they were exceptionally tidy and it was a very competitive price, including an annual service. We will definitely continue using them.

Huge shout out to Big John, Little John, Dave and Steve who managed sort out our plumbing woes! Cannot recommend Quarry Bank highly enough!The saga is below.Initially Quarry bank came round to fit a new boiler and radiators, they did a great job in getting that done speedily and professionally, leaving minimal mess and clearly explaining what they were doing and why. We decided to leave the radiators off off the wall and unconnected so it was easy for plastering, painting and fixing skirting boards (the house in question is a 60/70s build needing full interior refurb).Then came a plasterer and joiner who deemed the copper pipes running along the floor, and dropping down in the corner of the living room ugly and a nuisance, so we were persuaded it'd be better for someone (the plasterers mate...) to come round take out the copper and fit plastic pipes into the walls. Hiding those dastardly copper pipes (and making their lives as joiners and plasterers significantly easier - lazy).The interior of the house was finished with some questionable plastic piping on show but its pipe work isn't it? it will be fine he says... It was not fine!Big John turned up this morning to attach radiators back onto existing copper pipes (15mm diameter) only to find out these had been replaced with plastic (10mm diameter). Upon further inspection, he finds these new pipes, under the floor and in the walls, are horrendously connected and laid out. John pointedly says this is not going to work and will cause all manner of issues down the line.- Pipework being too shallow in the wall (about 1mm) so the plaster will crack when heated.- Dodgy dodgy dodgy connections using multiple speedfit corner joint fittings to take the piping where it was needed. Ultimately meaning when the system is pressurised it is flowing round many corners and will be prone to leaks and blockages.- 10mm plastic pipe being used to service 15mm radiators meaning the radiators will never warm up as well as they should.- one 10mm pipe serving two radiators, effectively meaning the 15mm radiators are served by only 5mm's worth of water. Highly inefficient!Therefore what was supposed to be a straight forward morning job turned into a whole day of remediation work.Courteous of the fact the interior had been finished Big John didn't want to go ripping the plastic pipe out the walls so came up with a solution which meant reinstating copper pipes, in a manner that is going to stand the test of time and is logical. John spent the day working solidly from 8.30 till the end of the day on making sure we had hot water and our pipe work was safe to use. He cleaned up all the mess, clearly explained how and why he was conducting the job how he did, and most importantly we have a heating system that works and wont leak or crack our nice new plaster.Two things I have learnt today, do not take advice from trades people on trades that are not their own.And most importantly the Johns and Quarry Bank team are legends and very very good at what they do! If in doubt give them a call, I cannot them recommend highly enough.Only wish I had more photos of the original state to show you all what the plasterers mate did and what John, John and Dave managed to fix.Huge thank you to Quarry Bank for all your work!

On the day of fitting, both fitters were professional efficient and very clean and tidy and I'm very pleased with my new boiler. He was polite, tidy and professional. He explained to us very patiently and in details the condition of our boiler and the key points to note for using it.
