Waffles were not made properly. The dough was raw and tasted awful. I went to the serving area to speak to someone who was not interested in my concern, more rather the fact that they have made 100s without complaint. Did not look to resolve my poor experience at all. Very very poor service and desserts were not good at all. Customer service is none existent.Paid for a lump of dough really !!I'm not asking for a refund. What part of this do you not understand.And your response on here just displays you are not bothered. Take it on the chin and look to improve as I'm not the only one that has complained about under cooked food!!

I recently tried the hot chocolate coffee at CREAMS CAFE CHEETHAMHILL(Italian gelato), and I must say it was a letdown. The combination of hot chocolate and coffee sounded promising, but it tasted more like a confused mishmash of flavors. The sweetness of the hot chocolate overpowered the coffee, leaving a sickly, cloying taste.To make matters worse, the texture was gritty and unpleasant. It seemed like the hot chocolate mix hadn't properly dissolved in the coffee. What's even more disappointing was the rude behavior of the staff. They were dismissive and unhelpful when I voiced my concerns. I had high hopes for this concoction, but sadly, it was a complete disappointment. I won't be ordering it again, and I won't be returning to CREAMS CAFE CHEETHAMHILL(Italian gelato).

Went here with a family of 20+, arrived 20 minutes before closing time so staff had already started to clean up ready for closing, the staff had amazing customer service skills, and were very quick in taking our multiple separate orders and delivering the food out to our tables, even though we had kids in our family running riot jumping from one table to another, they handled that really well. The kids even spilt a milkshake, but the staff were soo understanding and did not make a fuss at all about cleaning it up for us. The manager Sarah was the nicest, most sweetest host and made sure everyone had their correct order and that we were more than satisfied with our desserts, which we were. Brilliant place for big families with kids. Definitely a place we will be coming back to. Great hospitality, friendly faces and yummiest desserts!

Visited few years ago. Some lovely staff members. Nice that they have a small play area. Food was such bad quality.Paid £9.50 for a crepe that had maybe 2 strawberries thinly sliced, 7 thin banana slices and Nutella sauce with mint ice cream. Absolute daylight robbery. Crepe had a chewy texture.I ordered a gluten free raspberry and white choc cookie dough. Was warned it’ll be dry. It wasn’t dry. It had such a weird texture and tasted horrible. I paid £7 for just the cookie dough and Nutella.English breakfast tea was nice. It came with hot milk.Definitely would not recommend. Extremely overpriced and low quality food.EDIT: The manager clearly can’t take criticism when it comes to negative reviews. He spits his dummy out like a child. Shows how professionally this place is run. Also, I edited to correct some spelling mistakes which changed the date of this review. The manager/owner is so damn rude though. I can tell that hasn’t changed.
