I wanted to write a quick note of thanks in helping secure our property, over the past few months.We have found Sandra Wallond at Robsons in Chorleywood to be efficient and proactive. Our interactions have been pleasant and informative. We have always felt that she had our best interests, offering advice when needed and helping put our perspective forward to the vendor when required. Thank goodness we had Sandra on our side during a pretty anxious period! I am fairly confident that if she had not been involved the process would not have been so quick and I am not sure we could have completed before the SDLT relief deadline without her. Sandra really is efficient and she gets things done, she was really great at calling up all parties to try and understand where things were being held up and getting things to move along again. Things that could have dragged on for days between solicitors were dealt with in an afternoon by Sandra- what a star, and also a really lovely person to chat to as well.
