This bakery is absolutely superb. Cakes are delicious and the taste, freshness and quality is fab. Suchi is so helpful and accommodating giving the best advice depending on the cake you need. They go above and beyond to accommodate giving everything a personal touch especially when it comes to ordering bespoke cakes. Definitely recommend Cakes and Bakes!!!

Recently I bought a cake for my mum on her birthday from this cake shop. Just before her birthday my mum was diagnosed with an extremely serious illness and it was a devastating revelation. I’m not sure if this would be her last birthday or not. With a heavy heart I placed the order and the shopkeeper added an extra personal touch to the cake and service when she (Dhwani) got to know about my mum. My mum liked their cakes and pastries more than any other as she isn’t very fond of strong essence flavours. I hope to buy another bigger cake next birthday if fate permits me.Till then I will keep buying them for my mum.Thanks Cakes & Bakes!

Their cakes are to die for.Although very dangerous for myself as I’m not exactly the skinniest cucumber in the salad bowl.Ideally located between my local pub & home I fear many an impulse buy coming.

I have tried Cake like Mango & Pastries like Vanilla, Red velvet & Chocolate and the Taste of the Cake was so much better than other cake shops. The Cake was very Spongy and Delicious. I will highly recommend this.

We have tried very unique cakes like Mango, Pistachio and Ferrero Rocher from Cakes & Bakes Ruislip. Cakes quality was 10 times better than other cake shops. Sponge was very soft and fresh. Such a delicious flavours like we never had before.

Disgusting. If you're used to high quality cake establishments in town don't waste your time. I bought 2 slices of different cakes, looking for a cake to buy for a birthday party. Gross.
