I would highly recommend omagh hot tubs we bought a tub from them in July 2022 nothing was too much.Very professional outstanding customer service bob and Sam are gentlemen for anyone looking hot tub this place isn’t to be missed

We have been dealing with Bob Brady, Hot Tubs Omagh ltd for over 15years now. It’s really a great company to deal with and their after sales service is excellent. Bob is always very helpful on the phone and happy to give advice if we ever have an issue with our hot tubs.We also buy our chemicals of Bob and have in the past wandered off and bought some chemicals online but soon realised they were rubbish compared to the quality chemicals Bob supplies.We would definitely highly recommend Hot Tubs Omagh and they have looked after us really well over the last 15yrs .

I would be extremely wary of this company. Bob Brady the owner did not provide spec details on a very expensive large hot tub and when Mr Brady was asked (after paying a large deposit for the unit) to provide the details of the hot tub and the hot tub brochure he did not do so and even suggested that he already had done so at sale which was absolutely not true and raised suspicions as to why he would suggest something that was not true. After suspicion that the order may not be for the unit ordered but perhaps a smaller or cheaper model and repeated requests for Mr Brady to supply the unit details with Mr Brady not doing so a request was then made for the return of deposit. Mr Brady then refused citing legality of contract and informed that he would be keeping the entire deposit of 670 pounds. He argued that this was not unfair and that he could do this. He also put the phone down mid call in discussion and was very offensive on the phone informing that he was not negotiating and he could 'legally keep' any deposit. His behaviour was very overpowering and pressurising both at sales and at cancellation saying that he could sell hot tubs 10 times over and that he had even sold his own one as demand was so high. He was non negotiable despite being offered an inconvenience fee to avoid Court. In this case the deposit withheld was 670 pounds and he was very forcefully adamant that he was keeping the entire amount of the deposit despite having it for only a short amount of time and an acceptance by him that the cancellation would incur him no loss. After much stress he finally agreed to return around half of the deposit with very little willing negotiation. After return of this amount deposit he sent a text to say he regretted doing this.He repeatedly referred to his legal right to keep the deposit with language like 'may I remind you that I don't need to give you anything'If there were 0 stars then this would be the rating however unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars.He was refusing of all reasonable suggestion of resolution, only agreeing any refund at all when contract law was cited. Currently the matter is unresolved at this stage however for buyers considering dealing with this company please be aware. Despite everything there is some relief in not entering into dealings with Mr Brady as had the purchase went ahead there is a sure feeling that there may have been more problems later down the line concerning honour of sale and repairs.My opinion is that I would heavily research this company and ask previous customers or others that have had dealings as I have since done and be very very careful trusting this man with your hard earned money.Had I have researched this company I would never have considered using this firm or contacting Mr Brady.
