Usual manicurist is away so visited this place on recommendation of a friend and based on good reviews. Very disappointing. Removal of previous gel has left me with sore fingers and bleeding cuticles. Manicurist didn't seem fazed and I had to ask to wash my hand where it was bleeding which makes we wonder about their levels of hygiene. I decided to leave sharpish without getting gel reapplied. Won't be returning!

These guys are great. My nails last almost a month. They do evenings and happy to accommodate to crazy nail art ideas, although it's not something they offer. These stars where painted by hand.The only thing I'd improve is the TV just plays screenshots and it can be a bit dull when you're there at least an hour.

Recommend by a friend & been here three times - had great service and really good nails each time (2 x acrylic & once for shellac). Technician removed old nails so carefully and patiently which was something I was worried about. Highly recommend. Only downside is last 2 occasions their card machine wasn’t working so had to go get cash from the ATM a few doors down which is no big issue.
