Its a good chemist, allways polite nd respectfull, acutely i think i have fell in love in mcarthys, with one of their staff, but i dont no about her feelings towards me, she made the effort to get more contact with me, so i can only wait, so you see i am a bit swayed on this one,who knows my future misses myt work there sound

Excellent service. There was a problem with the medication this month and the team went above and beyond to ensure I received my prescription.

Concerns regarding French pharmacist and his people skills with customers this isn't old news either.This man's attitude is very disrespectfulA ladie relative of mine even had her medication thrown at her and spoken to like dirt, this ladie is a very respected 60 year old with a very big family and this will not be tolerated.If I were you I'd take stock and do a bit reflecting on how you present yourself to your customers JUAN.

Staff are abhorrent and abusive, stay away from this place if you have any sanity. The reason for the staff believing they can treat customers however they choose is because they are not registered with the CQC, but never fear, you can always complain to the General Pharmaceutical Council as I have. Maybe once members of staff lose thier license they will learn that the every customer deserves respect, manners and the same treatment regardless of age, race or gender.

Great chemist and amazing staff always ready to help.I popped into the shop to get my travel vaccines done. I really appreciate the professional manner by the Pharmacist, who gave me a warm welcoming getting my nervous off. I couldn't recommend this chemist enough!

yes, it would be very interesting to listen to both sides of the stories when people post reviews on google and do not provide with enough evidence to address a matter. Usually, pharmacy staff have to deal with people yelling, being disrespectful, or thinking that this staff have to deal with all the things they get thrown at on a daily basis. A very clear example is when the same person gets into the shop not following basic rules and staff have to ask one million times to put a face mask on and still they do not take any notice. This person would not be allowed anywhere, but they think a pharmacy is different, putting the staff at risk or coughing right to their faces. Or when the same person treats members of the staff I would say badly" ... Issues like this

My elderly mother gets her medication delivered. Last week she was concerned that one of the sets of tablets had a slightly different name and fortunately had the foresight to ring to query it.The assistant agreed that they were incorrect and told the pharmacist. Mam could hear her explaining that she needed them immediately, while the pharmacist kept insisting that they'd have to wait until Monday.Thank goodness the assistant managed to persuade him that as it was their fault, they'd be sent across in a taxi straight away.This is potentially a dangerous error, and I will be reporting it to the GP Pracice - shocking.
