We are all busy with covid 19 but it is inexcusable not to reply to emails and voice mails for more than a week. Very poor customer service 'Yes Cartridges.'

Never make a mistake to buy this., they are a rip off. Bought my ink cartridge through google.. When it came, it was the wrong one, tried calling, e-mail.. to no avail.. You will waste your money, bad or no customer care at all.. Advice not to buy. Get it through curry's or other shops.

Took my money and hadn't sent me confirmation or any idea of when the products would be received. I called on many occasions and no answer. No responses to emails. Once I got through to them they said I was lying, even though I had proof of contact. I then got told that the payment was only made today, my bank confirms it was made 4 days ago. Sales person and then person on the phone very rude. Don't use!ResponseI didn't get sent an order number. Checked junk mail and inbox, nothing, but the payment was taken!Messages were left on the phone. I also spoke to someone on Monday who confirmed that the payment was made on Thursday and not picked up until Monday.
