Great experience with Noor Bridal, placed a custom order 6 weeks before my wedding and my dress arrived on time within 4 weeks as promised. Great customer service from Vish, was very patient with me even though I was indecisive and ordered a hijab last minute after my dress had arrived! Very accommodating with minor alterations I needed on my sleeve, sorted out same day. Beautiful designs, reasonable prices for good quality, can’t wait to wear my dress, highly recommended, will definitely return for future family weddings. Vish especially was very professional, understanding, and explained what was possible and what wasn’t given my time frame very well, customer service made all the difference compared to other bridal shops in Birmingham, and their dresses are fantastic quality, absolutely stunning, there’s something for everyone. Ordered my bridal lengha, my husbands sherwani and my MIL wedding outfit too. All came out perfect and as discussed.Fitting, design, colour was spot on. I had requested my bridal outfit to match the Sherwani and they have done exactly how I envisioned it! He was very respectful and polite and very easy to work with. I ordered two dresses including a bridal dress and both arrived before the time I was given. The alterations process was also very quick and I feel very comfortable recommending them for bridal/party shopping ☺️

We purchased outfits for approximately 7 thousand pound, sadly the colour on the dresses was wrong, it was mint green instead of grey therefore ruining the whole colour theme, not bothering to accept the mistake the owner hid and wouldn’t face the issues, leaving the poor workers to deal with the situation. Such a sad situation, anyone buying be aware, as they can get things wrong as they did but all he had to do was apologise that’s it. Some people are so arrogant! They were nice and sweet at the start, wish the same could be said at the end! It’s nothing about the money! Arrogant horrible man all dresses had to be altered we spent 4 hours in the shop absolutely disgusting

Ordered my sister in laws bridal outfit from here and the service was outstanding. We made many changes to the outfit and it turned out stunning. The fitting was to perfection. I would highly recommend this hidden gem.The outfit arrive on time and exceeded our expectations.

Would Recommend- excellent serviceI purchased my engagement outfit from Noor Bridal. Sultana was very friendly and approachable. She helped me choose a perfect style and took some time out to ensure I was happy. There is a huge selection from bridal attire to bridesmaid and party/occasional wear. I would definitely recommend Noor Bridal due to their excellent service.

The only reason this shop actually gets a 2 star rating is because the fitting of all the outfits were perfect and no problem with that also the 3 staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help us but the owner was VERY rude and make a mistake in a bit of the colour of all 11 outfits but didn’t even accept that it was his fault and didn’t even apologise. We didn’t want a refund or anything we just at least expected an apology but he just ran off. Very dishonest response obviously a greedy shopkeeper with no customer services me and my family will now be taking this up with trading standards. It’s bad enough the experience and incorrect cloths colour but to respond in a disrespectful and discriminatory way I will be taking this further. At no point did anyone ask for a discount just an apology! We only put these reviews on so other bridal parties would not suffer…

I rather keep myself anonymous , but I came to the shop to try a dress for my wedding for the first time. I told the lady that I’m looking for a dress.She looked at me with disgust and said : sorry but we don’t have anything in your size and you can’t try an outfit and I knew she was referring to my size since I am a bit chubby.She made me feel really insecure and uncomfortable and I just wanted to and walk out the shop.The lady I spoke was called Rukhsana , I felt really upset even being there.Just because I am bit chubby ,there was no need to shame someone and labelling me as fat just because I wasn’t a particular shape and size.It is incredibly rude and disgusting to even think of having the audacity to say things even if it’s someone’s first time trying a outfit on.I will never order anything from this shop for future reference!Please get samples which are plus size friendly, so that this never happens to anyone and you should employ staff who are qualified to help according to the customer needs and that they don’t body shame anyone!This shop doesn’t deserve even a star rating for this and I’m really disappointed with the lack of humanity whilst I was there.She showed me some design but I felt really upset that I wasn’t even allowed to try and see how I actual feel just because I was judged about my “size”I am really disappointed
