I came home after a weekend away and the attic cold water tank was overflowing. Jamie's assistant, Tom, came round withing 2.5 hours of reporting it and fixed it without fuss. So, within 3.5 hours of finding the overflowing tank, it was fixed. A great. professionally run business. I would recommend Jamie's company wholeheartedly

Highly recommend, this was the first big step in the renovation plan. They worked with us to understand what we were aiming to do long term and provided a solid solution which is future proof. We had a gas boiler replacement, water tank moved and radiators upgraded. They are very knowledgable about the products and guided through the process. In particular we are really happy with the Tado system which allows zones throughout the house without the major pipe work reconfiguration.Jamie, Mat and Tom were excellent at problem solving and it was clear that they take great pride in their work. It was the little touches such as bricking up the flue hole, redoing pipes to radiators etc which really made the difference. Also very tidy through the process. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Jamie came round for an evaluation very quickly, He was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative, and took his time to explain everything to us. We recently moved house and wanted to upgrade our heating system and hide the heating pipes which were an eyesore throughout the downstairs. We’d been told previously that the only way to get the pipes off the walls was to dig into the concrete, Jamie quickly reassured us that wasn’t necessary and the pipes could be chased into the walls. Jamie managed to fit us in quickly and he and Tom fitted a new combi boiler, new radiators throughout and hid all of our pipes in the walls. Jamie and Tom kept us informed throughout and always turned up when they said they would. They did a brilliant job, we’re so glad to have found a reliable plumber and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We will be getting them back in to replace our bathroom and for future boiler services.

Booked in a slot for following Wednesday with Jamie. Between that time the problem got worse, contacted Jamie again who managed to fit Tom in a early Monday slot. In under an hour problem was found and resolved, fixing one small issue revealed another and Tom returned later same day to fix the 2nd issue.

The guys did a fantastic job - they were highly professional and knowledgeable about their work and also very considerate keeping things clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Jamie was very friendly, helpful and efficient. On Saturday, we discovered a leak from a pipe coming from our shower pump. Although very busy Jamie was able to fit us in at around 6pm and quickly fixed the problem.

Fantastic service and extremely happy with Jamie and his team who recently completed a boiler conversation. They're a hard working team that are very thorough and were professional from start to finish with all work carried out to a high standard and the house was left in a clean condition at the end of each day. The guys went above and beyond to explain what was needed, how they were going to carry out the job and how long was required. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future!
