Fitted the wrong tyres. Said they would give me a partial refund for having to drive the 1h 20 to come back to get the correct tyres fitted. Never got a refund. Waste of time ! Eventually got the right tyres. It's not complicated!

Big thanks to Ross and Richard for their help today with my Nissan Qashqai. I appreciate your help and particularly your honesty. Tyres were checked and was advised that none need replaced. Don’t rip you off by recommending unnecessary work and their prices are really reasonable too. Always busy so book in advance if you can.

Costco tyer centre was 5 star gr8 staff 1hour job done,,Gave me just enough time to shop in the warehouse for the best quality goods, and the food court is the cheapest in uk ,,well run by maneger Linda for being so busy 5 star..

Had difficulty ordering tyres online or via app. I tried again on monday morning and it all went through as expected. The tyres i choose had a £30 saving on each, this covered our membership cost for the year! Great tyres, very competitively priced and tyres fitted as per agreed appointment, ideal, I will be back

Had my tyres replaced on the 28th of October. Had them repainted a few weeks before doing so. Knowing some shops can be quite rough with wheels and leave them scratched I was cautious and explained this to the colleague at the desk. I was happy to receive them in the exact same condition as before I handed them the keys, within an hour. Good service and can't fault it.

After fitting car was vibrating took car back for rebalancing and was told my wheel was buckled this was a lie. After rebalancing vibration was even worse. Took car to local garage to check wheels and rebalance. Wheels were fine and car drives normally. Would never use Costco again!!

Shocking my 4 tyres came in on the 22nd still waiting on them fitting them, I call them but they say we will call you!How do I know! I even called in and saw arrival displayed on screen. What the he'll are they doing over there.Do not buy your tyres here, I had to buy another 1 tyre elsewear as I originally got a bad puncture and had one of those temp tires on.So it has cost me more now because I tried to save at Costco
