Brilliant company to deal with. Collected campervan from Carryduff depot, Paul did handover superbly, very friendly and helpful. The campervan was first class, easy to drive and live in. Will be back for another one next year with Bunk Campervans

Fabulous experience. As first-time campers with Bunk, we embraced the handy app' in advance of our holiday. The comfort and flexibility of the motorhome enabled us to go and stop where we wanted. The concept of an electrical 'hook-up' at each site just makes the holiday so enjoyable. It's a wee home from home. The 3 power (leisure battery, gas and mains electricity) sources are so clever and easy to manage. We will definitely, definitely book with Bunk again, we've be BUNKERS not to.

Paul in the Belfast branch was fantastic from start to finish. He was very thorough and knowledgeable .First time in camper and hopefully not the last.

My wife and I booked a Aero campervan on the first week of October.Honestly the experience of driving along the coastal route was the best decision for a holiday especially with the current situation. The vehicle was spot on although few minor fix was needed on the interior but it didn't bother us at all. Had no problems with the systems like heating, ventilation and hot & cold water. Also the app Apollo was very helpful very straightforward if you don't have experience or first time using one of this campervan.On the day of picking up the van Paul called us for a friendly reminder which was really nice. Upon the arrival he gave us tour of the van and some tips about the the route we were heading to.Lastly, can't wait to book them again for another road trip in Scotland.Many thanksJoniel and Camille

Deceptive and misleading business - Don’t be fooled, this business is not legitimate and they are scammers.I am urging you DO NOT BOOK. Their website says they have automatic transmission vehicles that they can allocate based on availability. When I booked, I emailed them immediately to ask if my booking could be allocated an automatic transmission vehicle. My booking is in 5+ months so this shouldn’t be difficult to find availability on.I have since been told they don’t have any vehicles in Ireland/Northern Ireland. At all. My booking is for a vehicle pick-up in Northern Ireland. Not only is their website misleading, it’s completely deceptive.As communicated with the so called “Guest Experience Team”, Elizabeth Dickson, this business is breaking the law and will not get away with it.No customer service here because it’s become clear, they’re just straight out fraudulent. I have reported them to consumer protection and hope to get my stolen money back. Don’t risk it yourselves! Take this as your warning and clear sign, this business is a SCAM.

Had a great holiday with these folks - we got one of their relocation deals, so we picked up the van at Heathrow and brought it back to Belfast. The van itself was virtually brand new, well-equipped and easy to drive - the only minor niggle was a loud rattle from the bed area above the cabin.The staff in the London office did a great job of showing us how everything worked, and didn't try to rip us off with additional charges (besides coverage that it made sense for us to take). The toilet chemicals you can buy from them are a little expensive though - probably best to bring your own, or buy them at campsites.A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, and we would happily rent from them again. However, do read the terms and conditions and know what you're getting into before you book!

This is the second time we have rented from bunk campers. We could not recommend paul and the rest of the staff enough they are all so attentive. As for the campers they are immaculate and we have had the best times driving around making memories. We will be back again.
