This is the best charity shop that I’ve been to. It’s very organized and easy to find things. The service here is amazing and they are very friendly especially Nabeela. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable in the store. This is now my go to charity shop. Definitely recommend coming here.

Recently visited the charity shop, purchased a real cool jacket for £5.50 ... it was in pristine condition, designer and would have cost over £90.00 in the shops. Very happy with the staff, Nabeela, nice lady very friendly

This is a really cool charity shop with lots of stock at fair and decent prices. Plenty of bargains to be found. The staff are really helpful and lovely, particularly the woman at the counter who is full of smiles. Great place.

It was a lovely little shop in the beginning. We took lots of baby goods there and were finally happy that we had found a place to take buggys, highchairs and moses baskets etc.More recently the lady who works there always refuses the donations of baby goods ( she refused baby nests and a lovely moses basket and stand that we had)She always asks what the donation is and comes across as rude. The opening times are a bit inconvenient with half the day gone before they even open. They have had their last donation from us I am afraid.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a worker called 'Zaman'. Upon arrival I have checked items I want to purchase on the internet. Items were missing pieces and clearly was used, I compared to prices on eBay and it was 25% higher than eBay even on items that have pieces missing. I asked to correct the price and he told me not to waste his time. I mention that he works here and I'm a customer that wants to buy. Came off as extremely rude and inconsiderate, told me I can't drop prices because it's a charity shop but when I said you were overcharging people for goods that have been given for free..I was told again not to waste his time ( he was on phone ) I have never in my life seen or experienced this customer service as it really made me feel unwanted in there. Be careful what you buy , when you come back home and check you could end up over paying and stuff missing from original sets. Better to throw it out than give it to them.
