My daughter saved her pocket money to go and they made a right mess. Uneven, left bits of acrylic everywhere and the nail polish left bubbles. Very unimpressed. Have been before so surprised by the service. Nail technician got agitated when I asked to get the nails refiled. £39 is a lot for a young girl to save from her pocket money to leave with substandard nails!! Won’t be going back!

Stopped going because owner is too rough and will leave you mid manicure if someone comes into the shop he likes. No apology just leaves you. Also, do not buy gift vouchers from them as they only last 6 months and if they go over by just one day they will not honor them!!! Rip off!!

My nails have been usually ok but last time I was there they let a loud tattooed woman eat her pizza when getting her nails done and her shouty daughter ate cheesy chips and the whole place stank of their food and it wasn't a nice experience. Also they can be quite rough with your nails and cuticles.

Had Acryllics done in colour i wanted, nails ok found the people who work there bit rude constantly spoke to each other in chinese wont be in hurry to use again
