If I could give a 0 star I would! The manager was incredibly rude since I walked in. The staff are unwelcoming, incredibly rude! Save your money and try somewhere else!

Great price for bespoke helium ballons but just check they spell Birthday correctly. My wife's 50th balloon said 'Brithday'! :)

Really disappointed with my experience today - balloons popped immediately as I left! Initially I was really pleased with the balloons and how the personalisation had been done. But as I left the shop with my balloons, 20 seconds later, one of them popped, and subsequently another popped. Really disappointing so went back and they replaced this - it happened again! This time one orbz and one star. So now 3rd time lucky left and an hour after waiting as I got to my car (within a minute), 2 popped again! Having spoken to them and informed them of what happened, they said they could only offer me a refund if I went into the shop and they had to see it physically. They wouldn’t accept a photo or offer a refund over the phone. Given I travelled 30 mins to get them I’m so disappointed with the whole thing. I spent a lot of money trying to get beautiful decorations for my daughter and they have let me down terribly!

Bought an 8th Birthday balloon. Within minutes the balloon burst before we got back to the car. It was a warm day, but nothing caught the balloon or made it burst, but the shop refused to give my wife another balloon without her having to pay for another one. Not good customer service in my book

I'm not sure if it was an accident(?) but they added a few items to my receipt randomly, not a mistake on amounts but just random stuff added. If I didn't check my receipt, I would end up paying for three more things which I didn't buy. Luckily, I asked them to double-check my purchase with the receipt. In the end, they refunded it. Balloons & party stuff are still nice but their customer service isn't as good as before.
