Misled and charged anyway- I had a plumber inspect my underfloor heating and boiler as it was malfunctioning. I was informed I needed a gas certified plumber specialised in underfloor installations. I called NW10 given good reviews and made it clear they needed to be able to install, repair, etc. and described the installation and issues. 100%, will send the right person. Their plumber arrived, took a look, said he wasn’t qualified and proceeded to give me the number of someone who was and charge me 120 for his trouble. When I complained, I was informed he had looked around and so was due his fee. What a way to make money! Avoid.

Excellent work! I have no words to describe how good these people are. Omar is the best technicians we've ever hired. Our HVAC system was leaking in the basement, and it was a very fast, noticeable leak. Frank picked up the phone, and despite a busy schedule, he managed to get us an appointment.

The only thing about this company that wasn't tremendous was the communication before a service person arrives in person. All contact is by automated texts and robo calls. They set the day and time frame without checking with me first. I'm sure I could have replied to request a change if needed.

The Beni team is on time and professional. We continued to have a small problem on our water heater and they cam back out again to fix the problem at no charge. They have been great to work with.
