All these new charge points installed yet everyone single one is occupied by inconsiderate k*******s who are too lazy to walk a few extra feet. Q-park too scared to enforce.Edit: I've been told that the car park can't enforce the parking issues here. It's still a huge waste of money and frustrating installing something that can't be used.

Ken B was very helpful regarding parking for myself & a work colleague/friend who both work for John Lewis. Great discount & will help us both over the peak period during the run up to Christmas. Nice to know the car park is well lit & manned aswell as 5 floors.

There were plenty of parking when I sent there on Sunday evening. But the exits are too narrow for a large car to turn. It does need some rework to make sure that newer wider cars can exit without scratching the alloys.

I couldn't be more impressed with a chap called Ian Bolton at Q Park Meadows. I was loaded down with loads of heavy bags a large box and struggling of which he kindly offered to help me. He carried them and packed them safely in my car. That's what I call a service!! Thank you so much..

Ken B was so helpful each time I come and provided me with great customer service and really useful information as I had just started a new job in Chelmsford and the parking aspect was really stressing me out. Absolutely brilliant employee and very friendly and helpful

The parking attendant was extremely helpful with the payment process on the machine. He also explained that I can do it though the q-park app which was something I didn’t know about as I use q park a lot.
