Just picked up my car after having some work done here and i couldn't be happier with the service received, from the minute of dropping my vehicle off to the collection. They kept me informed throughout the process and sent me pictures of the work in progress as well as before and after comparisons. Will definitely be using again. Highly recommended, my engine management light was quickly diagnosed as a faulty PCV valve which was quickly sourced and replaced within the next 2 hours. Car is driving smooth now. Good mechanics who are time efficient and straight to the point. Very helpful with answering any questions.

Took my Audi S4 here for diagnosis of overheating, they diagnosed the issue and claimed there was 3 issues(faulty sensor , and leaking water pump)and quoted me £1000 to dismantle the engine to access the parts which is correct as the water pump in not accessible.Although I took it to a German specialist who diagnosed it properly with out dismantling the engine, also there was no leaking water pump the problem was a sticky thermostat.The problem was the attitude and customer service I received was not professional not impressed due to this I decided to take it to an German specialist who sorted the whole job for £1250 and work was carried out to very high standards.This place quoted £1800 to fix and they got annoyed at me for taking my car back and said you might find a cheaper quote but they won’t know what there doing.This place has no customer service very sarcastic and unprofessional and there prices are a joke in my opinion.I asked him to call my warranty company to discuss the issues and his reply was I’m not a secretary.My experience here was not a good one, at the end of the day customer service is really important.

Great customer service and fantastic work.It is my second year when I am using them for servicing my Audi. Today only they change my suspension arms for 50 proc less prize then Audi Service with using manufacture parts and provide 2 years warranty.Also they start doing body work make this place the only 1 I can recommended for all audi owners!! I used them to fix dent on my Audi A8. Aluminium body , very hard and difficult to fixed , however difficult and hard to do don't existed for this guys!They are the best with what they are doing !HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had a new Battery put in by Halfords 2 months ago. He said your Alternator is not charging the battery as it's supposed to. Reading was 12 something. Should be above 14. Went to these guys. They said your Alternator is fine. Halfords guy did not do the programming when he put the battery. They did the programming. Saved me money as i was afraid I will have to replace the alternator. Good service.

Came to the centre after mechanic at my local garage couldn’t sort out my thermostat issue. The centre sorted out my problem after performing diagnostics and the next day I could pick up my car. I was very pleased with the work, quality and the service!! Thank you so much to the Audi VW specialist team!

If you need a diagnosis come to the specialists.. Peter, Chris could fault find and diagnose turn around faults in 48hrs. Other garages needed kept the car for weeks and returned without solving the problem and charging for guess work. Trust was a big issue for me, happy to put my faith in the garage. Their expertise are fairly deer compared to other garages, but you pay for their professionalism and fault finding skills. At least you know what you get with them. No cowboys, professional and timely.

I found this company via Google as my usual local garage could not repair the Nox sensor for my VW. Peter was so helpful, explained everything, communicated himself with my warranty company and fit me in a few working days later. It was done so quickly and professionally. Will go to them again for other major works! Thank you all

The engine light on my 2017 Audi A4 came a few days ago then after that another warning and the car started to overheat. Called around for diagnostic quotes and the guys were reasonable. Some places wanted to charge me double. Spoke to Chris and Robert who were very professional and answered all questions. Dropped car off on yesterday morning, quick estimate over to the warranty provider, parts ordered, fitted and collected the car today. Altogether a smooth and seamless process which was highly stressful for my wife and I. I can confidently recommend this garage for super efficient service. They even sorted a few other things out and topped up my oil at no extra charge. With so many garages that can do the same work, it's good customer service and the little things that will set your business apart.
