We’re not honest about total price and ended up costing me £100 more than they originally said. Got the usual “I told you when you rang” rubbish. If you had I wouldn’t have used you. I’d already called numerous places for the best deal for service and MOT and asked all the same questions “ so I know what I asked you and I know what your answers were. You were not honest and I don’t appreciate that. Will not use you again. Ever. Just wrong. …. And if my bike actually holds £60 worth of oil I’d be very surprised!… not good at all. Beware and make sure you get a written quote if you still want to use them! Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I’m stupid and I know what I asked you and I know what the answers were. You conned me. Full stop.
