I live less that five minutes drive away, so I use this place for most of my DIY needs. I order online for a click and collect" which has never failed to be ready for me by the time I get in in the car and drive round. Staff are friendly and helpful too. One of their major competitors is almost next door but Toolstation is always my first choice as they are usually a fraction cheaper and seem to give a slightly better service."

Fantastic service from Gaynor and Vicky today. I was originally being served by Gaynor but couldn’t think of the name of what I needed, went and asked Vicky and we got to what I required. Played the Macmillan charity raffle and had a Nice relaxing visit. Fixing up a house can be stressful but not when you go and get your supplies from these 2 lovely ladies!

Absolutely hopeless, this is the second time we have had a problem with there products. Last time I tried talking to the strange thing behind the counter she nearly drifted off.. This time the bloke just kept talking over me about policy this policy that. Instead of actually listening. I had there supplier on the phone in the end and the numpty still wouldn't listen. They are all very unhappy in there work and take it out on the customer. Terrible experience. Il be going next door to screwfix from now on. Absolutely oooopeless

I like this store. Ordered a product for pickup that had the wrong image online. The people in the store helped me sort it out and get a different product in its place that actually has worked out a lot better in the end. Good people there!

I use this store regularly. Being tight I always price match with Screwfix and find that their prices are better 9 out of 10 times. In and out like a flash with a little bit of banter thrown in for good measure. My daughter once got sick all over the front door mat which usually would mean that I'd avoid the joint at all costs. They were so professional about cleaning up her vomit and helping out that I've remained loyal. Top joint...
