Their service was an absolute joke. Placed 2 orders within a few days of each other and requested to return within their 14days period. Website states must email for a returns code but 2 emails were sent with no response. Luckily i live close to bradford so had to drive down, man in shop wasnt very pleased that I was returning items but said would get refund in 14 days. Waited and emailed on day 11 and got an email back saying would be processed by the 26th (the 14th day) and if not done then contact us and we will do it same day... why should i be chasing when i have already waited 1 month for returns. Surprise surprise no refund, had to drive down and have a major argument with the dad whos son deals with accounts but was in turkey and he refused to call up. Eventually got a refund later today but service is disgusting. Another point to note, i kept 2 outfits and on washing both have lost shape and gone 2 times larger and shorter. Poor quality products and poor service. Never again will i be ordering again.Edit... amazing that we get such a fast response on here but if you were this fast in doing what was required in the first place we would never have had to escalate. And have to drive to your store twice. All i got back was what i was owed as i had ordered alot before i realised what poor quality they were. So you havnt gone over and above for me. Your customer service still remains extremely poor

I have bought items from Damak 4 times online and in person from shop in Bradford. Always recieved fantastic service. I have bought and returned with no hassle. Customer service is great so far. Communication has been ok.. always been dealt with professionally. Only problem is they don't respond to enquiry forms.

AVOID!! These people are a scam. Their returns policy states you have to email them for a return, I did this and didn’t get a response. I then called them and the man on the phone said send it back to us recorded delivery. That was also done and 2 months later I’m still waiting for my refund. Much better clothing places out there who actually respect your consumer rights

It will be coming up to a month shortly since emailing Damak to process a return. Of course i did not get a response. Their website says we can send the items back as long as we have proof of return. The items have now been sent back for over 2 weeks, I have emailed a good 3/4 times to ask for the refund. No response. I have called with also no answer. It is getting ridiculous. Why do businesses feel the need to scam?

Very very bad experienceNever ever again in my life gonna buy clothes from damakThe old man in store who he’s sooo rude well he’s there for help if we need to ask he ment to tell us but no he’s soo rude I asked him do you have any medium size in these clothes he goes this is it buy it or don’t buy it we don’t care like bro I asked for another size. and clothes quality is so bad first wash and medium size will turn into xxsmall never recommend this to anyone

I came here after an influencer reviewed their brand. I had the same experience as her and these people just take your money and run. I would definitely avoid purchasing any items from here as it's run by robbers. The influencer said the same thing that when she returned her faulty items they didn't even cover the postage costs. I had the same issue. Pls save your time and avoid this place
