Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

A bathroom company that doesn't cater for people who can't get in a bath very easily! Just wanted some advice, a brochure, some help on a walk in bath, guy on sales desk didn't want to know. Avoid.

Very posh but like the first visit, was very quiet. I think I spotted one other viewer browsing. Seemed a little on the expensive side. Good range and the salesman who dealt with us admitted he was new to the job but went out of his way to find out the answer to any query I had. End result was I did place an order !!

Building site, not helpful, went to Basildon instead. Nothing on website to say it was under Construction.

New showroom close to John Lewis store : ground and 1st floor full of different types of shower cubicals and bath layouts of all designs : left to browse on our own with assistance given if required

Vast display but prices seemed high.

Great range but tiny car park

I struggle to give this branch any rating, they don't even deserve to have one star in my opinion!!!! I ordered shower cubicle and they have failed to deliver it as I was told they can't access my property. The driver couldn't be bothered to park off road or right on the middle of the arch and unload the stuff I ordered. He then told me that he will take it to the store and let them handle it!!! I then had a phone call asking me to collect my items even so I've already paid for the delivery!!!!My plumber then collected the item and I asked him to ask for a refund for the delivery and I was told they've just ignored him.I rang and I have spoken to this lady who had a very thick accent and was not a pleasant person to talk to. I've argued that they've failed to deliver my items and there for I want my money that I paid for the delivery. She then said with an attitude that's not how it works!!! They said it's nit failed delivery as they have attempted it but couldn't access my property!!!I have had panels, beds and sofa delivered in my property before and this is the first I've ever heard such a thing. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that I am the deputy manager thank you " in such a boastful rude tone of manner!!! I've not known anything like it!!! It's not even the money I'm fighting for it's the principle how they conduct their business!!! I'm really disgusted by this. I don't rate Ipswich branch at all!!!"

Very helpful staff and a very good showroom with lots of different ideas and good prices

Excellent customer service. Matt have been very helpful with my bathroom project. He has done 2 different 3d plans and have explained everything. 4 starts purely because of the prices. It is not the cheapest shop. However, very often they do good discounts and sales.
