I can't recommend this place enough - I haven't received this level of customer service ever! Dorota was so determined to get my product to me on time she at one point offered to drive it to South London herself, and finally arranged to send it in an Uber. And she threw in a lovely candle! Honestly unbelievable care and attention.

Am so incredibly grateful to the owner who opened up the shop especially for me so I could buy some hard to find stain remover for a DIY job that had hit a snag (because I could only find it online, which would have meant a huge delay to proceedings). Thanks to his knowledge, & excellent stock range, I also managed to pick up something that will prevent any future water damage that I hadn't known about. Absolutely A1+ service, I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back. Many, many thanks.
