I highly recommend this place to rent a car.All staffs are very professional and polite , Mr.jemi was very helpful explain everything about the car and all coverage and fee details from start to finish.They complete the deposit refund process immediately after return the car in good condition.Thak you team for excellent service

Went to Enterprise Car hire in Manchester, met Jordan (Assistant Manager) and received fantastic service and attention. Have posted on Enterprise previously and again they were awesome and did not disappoint

I made a short notice booking; Jordan arranged for an immaculate XC40 Recharge for me within two hours of the booking. Collection was very smoothly done and took only ten minutes. On return, Jordan and Jamie arranged a smooth handover in a few minutes. Excellent service and staff, will definitely use the Manchester City Centre Enterprise again. A.

Everything is great except for one. When picking up the car, the assistant persuaded me to add an £25 insurance. He said that without the insurance, for every scratch on the car, whether it's my fault or not, I need to pay over £1000. This sounded very much like a scam. How comes I need to pay £1000 even when it's not my fault, and it's not already covered by the basic insurance? I tried to look after what this £25 really is, but it's very inexplicit on the receipt. Very dissatisfied with this £25 extra.

As a rule I hate car rental services and their employees as much as estate agents - but all of these guys were all genuinely really helpful and went the extra mile so we had a pleasant experience. shout out to Ibby and his colleague who's name I didn't catchpeople should be aware that you can't return cars keyless

Jemi, Ibby and the crew were great. My second time renting from enterprise here in Chatham Street, and the service was spot on. Really welcoming, accommodating and very efficient bunch of guys. They're not there to sell sell sell but to make sure you have a nice and comfortable ride. Both times my cars were clean and brand new looking. Lovely to drive. Thanks guys and thanks for my interesting facts about brighton hahaha.

Avoid this please not recommended at all, the worst place in Manchester to rent a car, I booked a premium car for New Year’s Eve and they give dirty car no satnav no Apple car play the windows bottoms broken the wipers broken likely they got this car from accident cars auction.RA#: 8HQSB2 31/12/2022

Contacted today as car provider for an insurance claim, was told that one of their agents were going to pick me up between 5-6pm to collect a car. Surprisingly that was outside of their opening hours. Can safely say that did no happen. Poor customer service.

I hired a medium car from Saturday to Thursday. The car was in good condition and ready to go. I m an Enterprise member and booked and prepaid using the app. All my details were pulled through into the collection process so no duplication of providing details, which is good and does not always happen at other car hire companies.At collection Thomas was very helpful despite having a bit of a rush of customers.Same at checkout where Ryan was also very helpful.My only feedback (also provided on the Enterprise feedback form is that longer opening hours on Saturday and opening on Sunday would be useful. This seems to be true of other car hire companies in central Manchester.I use car hire a lot, normally Avis due to my membership status but tend to use Enterprise as they have more locations when Avis is not available.Would recommend and I will use this branch again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent car rental experience with your company. As you may recall, we rented a car from your company on the 24th of March and paid an insurance deposit fee of 200 pounds. However, we have yet to receive our deposit back even though we returned the car in good condition on the 29th of March. We have been in contact with you several times but have not come to a solution yet which it is the representation of a level of service provided to my family and me which was markedly substandard, and failed to meet even the most basic of expectations in terms of quality, efficiency and professionalism.Furthermore, we were promised a reimbursement of 50 pounds the day that we went to get the car due to the fact that the car was not ready on time and we had to wait for more than 2 hours while your company searched for another car. Despite repeated inquiries, we have yet to receive this reimbursement.We are extremely dissatisfied with these issues, particularly the failure to return our deposit.
