PLEASE READHad a turbo go on my A Class. I rang this company and to be fair tried telling me no worries we will sort this by refurbing it" I sent turbo of to them was sent back in good time my mechanic did everything they told him to do cleaning out pipes etc . I had warranty phoned them up took turbo off and my mechanic said that all pipes where full of oil in other words was not circulating to go back into engine but out the pipes therefore soon would be no oil left in engine so none being sent to turbo . I explained this to them . They then looked at turbo said it was damaged because no oil

I had my Audi A6 turbo go on me. This company led me through exactly what the possible costs were. What would happen going forward. What my aftershaves guarantee work involved. As something caused my turbo to go in the first place. These guys were awesome. Will,Steve and Barry. Brilliant company. First rate to these guys. They explained everything exactly as it happened.Would definitely recommend this company.

Wow! Where to start.I sourced Cats & Carbs after a local turbo specialist deemed my turbo irreparable. I spoke with Steve who had said they quite often achieve what's deemed as unachievable. And that's exactly what they did. Although this review is written only the day after the turbo was fitted into my car it does seem I have a good as new turbo again (time will tell of course).From start to finish the process was FLAWLESS, Steve with his great customer service and knowledge right through to the collection, rebuild and delivery. I can't fault it at all. In fact rarely have I received such high quality service in any sector before.I would whole heartedly recommend their service and infact due to my mechanic also being so impressed he has already suggested Cats & Carbs to another customer in need of quality turbo repair.If you need turbo repair or I assume any other service they offer, I don't doubt you will receive the highest quality service.Thanks Steve and the gang

Okay so i had the worst experience of my life with this company .I called and ask them about a turbo rebuild. They said yes that will be 250£ and it will be delivered in 3 working days .After i sent my turbo to them they called and said it will 350£ after all as it is not what they expected,even tho i gave them a serial number to check the issues ,whatever ,after this they delayed my delivery with 5 more days even tho i called every single day for an update as i couldn’t go to work and i really needed to fix my car ,they were unable to provide me with further details .After 8 days of waiting I finally received my turbo with the diverter valve not fixed (even tho I specified when i talked with them to fix that as well)!!!!! Like seriously this cant be ! Plus that they didnt send the right catalytic gasket !!I wouldn’t recommend to anyone as you will not receive it on time and plus many more issues.

I know Steve and his just saved me aload of money when it came to my turbo .Will highly recommend him and his company.Thank you buddy..Al

Where do I start … from the first contact with Connor, through to Brian and Steve the service was probably the best I’ve ever had.Steve’s passion for their business and product is incredible. The Turbo arrived on time and packaged perfectly, it looked incredible and has now been on the car for 1k. The return of my old one was also simple. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Great company. Sent my turbo for my 220d bmw . Arrived promptly with them and they had it turned around and back to me within days. They spoke to me on the phone every step of the way explaining all of there process. Very pleasant to deal with and great prices. They guarantee their work . Would highly recommend these guys. If you want one of the best in the industry then look no further. Will definitely be going back with my other vehicles and will be sending my customers from my mobile bodywork company their way.
