Found the staff to be much more helpful than other reviews said! They did make a mistake but that can easily be forgiven when you're served quickly. The stock was varied although I went for my 2nd choice of shoes as my first choice was not in my size. Would happily go again. Wasn't as bad as people make it out to be. (Men's 11)

Difficult to find the cheapest items as similar items are placed in different parts of the store. Took too long to queue and pay. Free parking. Good value if you can find the cheapest items.

Unhelpful staff member, acted almost as if it was an inconvenience to be asked for a different trainer size. Didn’t come over to tell me this, just called from about 10 meters away.Good selection though

Took the family there to buy them newcastle strips, and a some clothes was being looked at funny off the lady who stands near the entrance door I though it was a bit strange, but thought shes only doing her job then we get to the till to pay and she comes over the person who's serving us, radio and asked if we paid for the football strips! Why would I go to the till if I wasn't going to pay you absolute baboon I won't ever go back

Went into North Shields branch, 4 staff standing talking. We made our purchases and went to cash desk to find one staff member and a queue full of customers. On my way out l informed a member of staff of my complaint and then when we go to leave the alarm went off due to a security tag being left on. Don't blame the girl who served us l blame the manager who can't manage their staff

The £4.99 click and collect fee is outrageous and is something that shouldn't be needed. Easy to find lots of parking .

went in at lunchtime to try and get some new football boots, had to walk around for 15 mins to find a member of staff, only to be told they didnt have my size but they did have some 4 sizes smaller if i wanted to try them? dont know if he was trying to be funny!no suggestion of trying online or ordering in, really poor service all in all!

Staffing blocking the aisle by members of staff expecting us to go around ne chance, she’s like a proper statue standing there with her response when you ask her “darling and hun” I go upto her saying is this coat available “no darling” I don’t have it. I go to the checkout and ask another member of staff and they find it. How do people get jobs here it’s a joke

Finished work at 4:30 on a Sunday so rushed to get there and got there at 4:45 to find the store closed early?? Says online it’s meant to close at 5? Obviously not, hate when places do this, very unprofessional
