Thank you so much for the removal service you provided for me yesterday. You were at the property at 8am as you promised everything was packed and cleared very professionally. All furniture was covered and loaded. The whole bungalow was loaded onto the lorry within 4 hours. I would thoroughly recommend Dave and His team for the great service. No stars. Said they could do a move - phoned up to give invoice details etc as it was being charity funded as my son is profoundly disabled. Stated when I would like to move and gave a provisional date (wasn't asked for a deposit). Then phoned a few days later and they inform me that they are all booked up despite assurances that they had loads of vans etc. And the was because I hadn't paid a deposit which they at no point asked for. Absolute rubbish. Avoid like the plague. Or herpes.

We used R & J Removals this week to move my auntie to her new home at a residential park. From first arrival at her previous address the R & J staff were polite, professional and organised. Working in tight areas they worked diligently to ensure the move went without issue and to my auntie's satisfaction. Dave Morgan(Manager) dealt with all correspondence from time of first enquiry without delay and professionalism. i was moved some 5 years ago by these people , could not complain about actual removal , it was done ok but before they had arrived i was working on my pc and when i set is back up again after removal the 8gb ram was missing and had been removed and obviously the pc would not work. i phoned up to complain but company denied any responsibility and tried to make out i was lying , this review is just a statement of facts surrounding my home removal and not direct accusation.

Of the three removal companies we asked for a quote R & J were the most prepared and professional - even more delighted that they were also the best quote by some way - this included the full packing service.Great communication from the booking to packing day to the actual move. Everyone from the company represented themselves and the company in the best possible way. The whole team worked hard and we couldn't have asked for a better move - highly recommend this firm.
