Very friendly

I booked for an appointment at 14:30 with a guy called Colin to have a new exhaust system put on my car. I was at his garage for 14:00 as I thought it would be better for him as he said my car will be the last job of the day. As I turned up his garage was closed so I phoned his phone to see what was going on. He said that he had to pop out and will be about 20 to 30 minutes so I said ye that's fine I will wait for you. He said why don't you go home and I will give you a call when I get back. So I waited for him and some time passed and so I phoned him again to see how long he was going to be because after around 2 hours it's gets a bit of a piss take. He then tells me he is on the M54 helping a mate fix his car. I said OK no problem I will go home he said ye I will call you when I get back OK no problem. He never called me back and turned his mobile off. In the end I had to go to his garage and get my exhaust system back so some one else can fit it for me. I have known Colin since school and didn't think I would have had this problem with him I don't understand why he could of just booked me in for another time. I will never go to him again as I am not having my time wasted and having no contacted for him is not very good for his company PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST
