Amazing selection of vegan cakes. I’ve tried a few & they’ve all been gorgeous! This place is a lovely little treasure trove. Great service. A few seats outside. Great selection of goodies inside with nice candles & lots of different vegan chocolate!

Bast, Claire + team (aka Sprout Health Foods) represent so much more than a great health food shop, in fact, I'd go as far as to say they are the new cultural heart of Newquay! There's also a fine cafe, Sprout Cinema, and mucho other events! Thanks guys for doing what you do ++1

A shop that the owners put a lot of love into and it shows. From the fantastic range of products they sell to the always attentive and friendly service. We came in on black Friday and the owners were donating profits to the local food bank. This place is the very best you can get from a small business and they deserve their great reputation.
