Imcredible club. My little one loved it there, and my stepdaughter. They are inclusive, and notice when kids need a bit of extra 1:1 support. The coaches are awesome x

My two children have recently joined CDA and absolutely love it. The lessons are active from start to finish and the instructors are knowledgable and patient. We’re always greeted with a smile when we arrive. They are open 6 days a week which suits my shift pattern as my children can attend any session. Would highly recommend them for confidence building, fitness, discipline and learning new skills.

For the past 2 + years my children aged 12 and 10 have been training at CDA, and the difference in their confidence, fitness and focus, and self belief has been huge, Lee and his coaches are fantastic, highly knowledgeable and a great with children highly recommend

Great club. really listen to and look after the kids and seem to know what they are doing martial arts wise. Highly reccomend.
