Popped into the shop in Saturday to enquire if there was anything they could do to fix my engagement ring which had suffered a freak accident causing the stone setting to become misaligned. I didn't have a lot of hope that it was something that could be fixed but they were so helpful and managed not only to fix it but also to polish the ring, too. I was touched at the care they showed and their desire to fix it. They would not take any money for it either. We are extremely lucky to have this type of expertise and skill on our high street and I cannot recommend them more highly. Some beautiful pieces on display, too, so I will definitely be back.
