I phoned up a couple of jewellery shops with a request, most of them they were rude and not really interested to take the job as I wanted a small hook on a sea shell so I can give a present to my girlfriend. As he picked up the phone it was really kind and really nice. As soon I walked into the shop I’ve got the best customer service tbh. Nice old store, straight talking sales person. Reminds me of my grandfather. Great prices of goods. I got a watched serviced here. Very prompt and was given good advice also. Highly recommend.

I came in with rings I’d custom ordered that were WAY too small. Came into the shop and had a wonderful chat with the man who was able to resize them for to perfection in only two days. And for an amazing price as well : )

As soon as I walked in the shop I could see the old man saw my colour before he saw I was a human. I wanted to buy something for my daughter so badly but there was no way i was going to spend my money in that place. Wake dude your in green gate full of mixed diversity.

Had mine and my wife's wedding watches fitted with the help of the guy. He even told us to keep those cut off bits so that in the future if we need to make the strap long again he will do it for us. Found it very very useful advice. Thanks to the gentleman for his nice customer service

Great place to go for repairs. The man in the shop was friendly and very helpful. Took my ring in to be resized ,and itWas ready the next day. Was a very good price tooI would definitely recommend this jewellers it's been there for years x
