Hanwell Butchers and BBQ

When I saw the butchers again open, I was so happy and I check inside. I took the meat high quality meat and fresh, very nice stuff and tried a barbecue. Ones is very delicious foods

I am so annoyed. I live in the area and was really happy that we were getting another buthchers after the old one closed down. The first time I went in I purchased chicken thighs. Once I'd got them home I realised they smelt really badly of fish so took the back instantly. The guy had the cheek to tell me that he had forgotten to tell me that thats what thighs smell like! Ridiculous thing to say, all parts of a chicken smell the same ! If he had accepted the meat had a problem fine but he lied.I returned the meat. Today around a month later I thought let me give it another go. I purchased boneless diced lamb this time. I asked for there to be hardly any fat. I have got this meat home and had to cut a whole load of fat from it. Once cooked and tasted it there was fat running through every piece. Not only that but it tasted horrible. Some parts tasted like liver. I'm not sure what part of the lamb he gave me but it was the worst I've ever had. In my usual butchers I wouldn't even have to specify less fat on diced lamb but the fact I did and was ignored. Very disappointed

I went there for the most delicious tahini & humous I've ever tasted, after a friend brought some, and a load of other produce Inc falafel, khobez etc, for a picnic.Apparently this family-owned business are adding a supermarket area in the back too, and I can't wait.Great service, lovely & attentive owners, good prices, and a clean environment.

The worse shop I have ever shop.The meat is offRegarding the barbecue they do … first time I’ve ordered the wings. They were completely undercooked, chicken had blood in first bite. I didn’t realised at first that the chicken was row. I gave it to my child that time he was just two and a half. It was horrible feeling for me as I knew he’ll might have stomach bug. Next day I went to that shop to complain. The person there who actually was cooking the grill the other day for us was horrible. He started to shout at me like I was wrong. The day after my child got sick with massive stomach bug. Vomiting , diarrhoea. I’ve complained to the boss. So the boss of that shop contacted me , we met and he tried to explain the situation. To be honest I felt like I was the wrong one and why did I even came to that shop. I shouldn’t really.After that there was a lot of abuse and discrimination and horrible attitude towards me and my child from the owner of that shop. I would never recommend for anyone to go and have the same experience as I did.

Tried this place for the first time since changing hands. Have to say the lamb was beautiful very tender cooked lovely. Got some chicken as well though I have not used yet. Certainly will be returning for lamb.

Great quality meat at really good prices. Very clean place and friendly staff who actually listen to suggestions. Love their bbq sandwiches and dishes, generous portions, tastes great, quickly became our family's favourite. True local gem!

Come here all the time, amazing butcher and a really great grill as well. Would really recommend the chicken wrap they do, one of the best I've had.
